Dan Hipp
Dan Hipp has created nice stylized versions of characters we love from various movies and books we love. Check out his blog as he seems to be updating with new vignettes often.

Brittney Lee
I got the chance to meet the young and talented Brittney Lee at the CTN Expo. Not only is she naturally blessed with a sense of harmonizing a wide range of tones into a palette, but also kindness. She has a bunch of paintings on her blog, but I prefer to display her paper cut-outs here. I know this is a growing trend at the moment, but she's been doing it for a little longer than most, and hers are really tastefully done, which isn't always the case with people who chose this creative style since it's hard to keep an eye on how charming your piece will be as you're cutting tiny pieces of paper to glue together.

Alan Cook...
...is pretty talented at taking anything and giving it attitude. There's good personality in his designs that shine through good juxtaposition of pattern, shapes and selective detail. Can't wait to see more of his work- check it out here.

Brendan Wenzel
Brendan Wenzel, these illustrations are just too fun, quirky, and just too good. I mean look at the sweet monkey poses!

Annette Marnat
Annette Marnat is simply amazing. Her work is somewhere between really amazing childrens books, Gobelins, and toys I wish I had.

Reza (Amir) Riahi
Not Charblarg's beloved Rezatron, but another very talented Reza indeed. Young character designer Reza Riahi is from Tehran, Iran. His characters are super fun, especially those oil wrestlers (gigglemania status). Good stuff!
